WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
When you place a recurring order, you will initially be billed on the same day you order. Then you will be billed on the 15th of the month every
following month.
For example, if a customer places an order on January 13th, they will be billed on January 13th, and then again on February 15th. The next charge will be on the 15th of every month until the subscription is either cancelled or changed. If a customer places an order on January 26th (after the cut-off date of the 25th), they will be billed on January 26th, and then again on February 15th. They will continue to be charged on the 15th of every month until the order is cancelled.
For example, if a customer places an order on January 13th, they will be billed on January 13th, and then again on February 15th. WHEN WILL MY FIRST SHIRT ARRIVE?
Sign up between the 1st and 25th of the month to receive a shirt the immediate following month.
For Example- If you sign up on January 2Oth then you will receive your first shirt order on or before February 15th. But, if you sign up on January 26th (after the cut-off date of the 25th), you will receive your first shirt order the on or before the 15th of March.

DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHICH SHIRT I GET?
Freak Outdoors Shirt of the month is an exclusive designated shirt delivered to you door every month. There are no returns or exchanges.

YES, YOU CAN EMAIL US AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@FREAK-OUTDOORS.COM BEFORE THE NEXT MONTH'S SUBSCRIPTION PEROID TO AVOID FURTHER PAYMENTS.
WHAT IF IT DOESN'T FIT?
We apologize but you can't make a return or an exchange. You can email us at customerservice@freak-outdoors.com or login to your account change your shirt sizes.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIRT?
Subscriptions orders are sent out sometime during the first week of the month. Shipping generally takes 2-7 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email when your shirt is on the way to you.
Here are some examples: Kevin's subscription was purchased on September 1st. His first shirt? October 1st.
Liz purchased her subscription on August 9. Her first shirt is the September 1st shirt.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SHIRT?
Unfortunately the exclusive shirt of the month is non-refundable and cannot be returned. We will however, happily replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Otherwise, all sales are final.
CAN I JOIN THE SHIRT OF THE MONTH CLUB IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Unfortunately, no. The shirt of the month is U.S. only.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP BY TO AVOID BEING BILLED FOR THE NEXT MONTH'S SHIRT?
If you do not wish to receive the next month’s shirt, please cancel your subscription before the 12th of the month so we have enough time.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIRT OF THE MONTH SIZE EVERY MONTH SO I CAN GIVE THE SHIRT TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE EACH MONTH?
Yes. Please login (or create an account if you've never logged in) using the email address associated with your subscription) to update your information.
Note: You MUST update your size preference BEFORE the 14th of the month for the size change to apply to the immediate next months shirt.
Here are some examples:
Sara updates her size preference on February 12th to change her shirt of the month size to Large instead of Small. Her March shirt will be size Large.
Ryan updates his size preference on February 16th to change his shirt of the month size to Extra Large instead of Medium. Because it was after the 14th, his March shirt will be Medium, and the changes will take effect on his April shirt. So his April shirt will be Extra Large.
Note: You MUST update your size preference BEFORE the 14th of the month for the size change to apply to the immediate next months shirt.
