HOW DO I CONTACT FREAK OUTDOORS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
For example, if a customer places an order on January 13th, they will be billed on January 13th, and then again on February 15th. The next charge will be on the 15th of every month until the subscription is either cancelled or changed. If a customer places an order on January 26th (after the cut-off date of the 25th), they will be billed on January 26th, and then again on February 15th. They will continue to be charged on the 15th of every month until the order is cancelled.

Here are some examples: Kevin's subscription was purchased on September 1st. His first shirt? October 1st.
Liz purchased her subscription on August 9. Her first shirt is the September 1st shirt.

Note: You MUST update your size preference BEFORE the 14th of the month for the size change to apply to the immediate next months shirt.
Here are some examples:
Sara updates her size preference on February 12th to change her shirt of the month size to Large instead of Small. Her March shirt will be size Large.
Ryan updates his size preference on February 16th to change his shirt of the month size to Extra Large instead of Medium. Because it was after the 14th, his March shirt will be Medium, and the changes will take effect on his April shirt. So his April shirt will be Extra Large.
